Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. Eligibility.
The CISM certification is a globally recognized requirement in IT security. It is ideal for security consultants and managers, IT directors and managers, security auditors and architects, security system engineers, CISOs, information security managers, IT consultants, and risk officers.
To qualify for the CISM exam, you must:
- Successfully complete the CISM exam.
- Submit a certification application within five years post-exam.
- Accumulate 5 years of experience in Information Security Management.
- Meet the criteria for job roles in IS audit, control, assurance, or security.
- Have experience in 3 out of the 4 CISM domains.
- Ensure all applicable experience falls within the past 10 years.
- Optional Waivers:
- General Information Security Experience Waiver: Up to 2 years of overall information security experience.
- Substitution for CISM Work Experience: One substitution allowed with proper
Verifiers cannot include:
